急~我人在德國 想辦英國簽證....請問可以嗎?

我人在德國 因為計畫突然改變 所以突然想要到英國去但是我沒有英國簽證....請問可以在這邊辦嗎?來德國拿的是申根簽證 三個月的喔......知道的人可以幫幫我嗎?謝謝~~
